The Project consisted of the conversion of an existing retail building into a modern and comfortable up market city hotel, of four levels comprising a public bar, private lounge, gaming area and a restaurant. These works were completed prior to trading, however the majority of our construction management projects are completed whilst the hotel maintains its trading and patronage.
